We supply European undergraduates and Master students to fill a great variety of roles and, importantly, to provide UK businesses with high quality staff at exceptionally low costs. All candidates are vetted to ensure their course is relevant to your vacancy and that they have a good command of English. They are also assessed to ensure they have the right motivation and personality for the position available.
The employer is exempt from many of the costs and complications of current employment legislation because these candidates are classed as being in training.
Employers benefit from graduate-quality staff whilst the undergraduates gain work experience which is essential to complete their degree or MBA.
Calibre,
convenience and cost effective
Because undergraduates and master students in the EU are required to work in business as an essential element of their courses and most have English as a second language, UK employers can enjoy substantial cost reductions when compared with employing staff by conventional means. Candidates are usually aged between 20 and 26 and are typically studying for a Degree or Masters in Business, IT, Engineering, and many other courses at top Universities, Colleges and private Business Schools throughout Europe.
The allowances paid to placement undergraduates are less than 50% of conventional full-time UK salaries, typically. With their enthusiasm and commitment, they can fulfil a variety of significant roles from General Assistants through to Junior Managerial positions. In addition, the students' language skills can often help UK companies to develop European export markets.
Permanent positions are readily catered for too, with Placement UK's "Rolling Programme". As an undergraduate nears the end of a placement, a successor is identified and appointed. The outgoing student then trains his replacement for maximum continuity and performance, with minimal disruption or management input.
All
they ask in return is that they receive a modest but reasonable
monthly training allowance to help them with the cost of accommodation
and subsistence.

Temporary or permanent
Using our simple 'rolling programme' we can supply students to fill roles for as long as you require. Placement students have traditionally been used for temporary work or projects because a placement is typically around 6 months in duration . However, we have devised and developed a simple system that means they can be used for permanent positions. This is called our "Rolling Program". We recruit a second student for you to take over from the first with an overlap. This overlap allows for the 1st student to train the 2nd, and so on, providing continuity for as long as the employer requires. It represents a very flexible employment resource. It also means that you could have, for example, a permanent,graduate calibre office manager for as little as £9,000 a year.
